How Pretsell handles data

Pretsell collects the information needed to run a safer marketplace: account details, listing content, messages, location for nearby listings, verification uploads, handover evidence, and payment or payout metadata.

What we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, listing photos, item details, messages, approximate location, verification documents, SuperSafe handover videos, transaction records, payout details, and app identifiers.

Why we use it

We use this data to create accounts, show marketplace listings, support messaging, verify users, process SuperSafe escrow workflows, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and provide customer support.

Third-party services

Pretsell uses trusted service providers such as Appwrite for authentication and data storage, Paystack for physical-goods escrow payments and payouts, and Apple for in-app purchases.

Your choices

You can request account support, data correction, or deletion by contacting support. Some transaction evidence may be retained where needed for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
